ED Properties was created in 2012 by Eugénie Dunant under the name of ED Relocation Services. After several years of experience in the field of relocation and concierge services, she decided to create her own structure. Her in-depth knowledge of the real estate market in Geneva and in the canton of Vaud led her to initially take on numerous relocation mandates. Later, she expanded the range of her services by making her skills available to facilitate purchasing procedures.
Faced to a growing demand for a brokerage service, ED Relocation Services continues its development with the creation of a dedicated department in 2017. This has led it to complete several real estate sales in recent years. In 2022, ED Relocation Services decided to change its name to ED Properties.
ED Properties asserts itself as the privileged partner of a demanding clientele who can count on a quality service, a proven expertise, as well as a unique network of contacts.

After many years of relocation, ED Properties has opened since 2017 a sales department in order to offer a wide range of services in the real estate market and meet the growing demand of its customers. ED Properties has set up several partnerships, in particular with independent brokers, in order to be active in Geneva, but also in the whole French-speaking Switzerland.
